What is EASI Link?

EASI Link is our customised email based reporting system linked to our LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), designed to provide clients with regular up-dates on sample status 365 days of the year.

EASI Link currently provides the following information:

• Sample Number – assigned by LIMS
• Sample Description – from your paperwork
• Testing Requirements
• Progress of Test
• Samples Results
• Out Of Specification Results, where limits have been provided to ILS
• Approved Signatory
• Trend Analysis
• Product Codes (where provided)
• Batch Number (where provided)
• Sample Registration
• Choice of Determinants across or down the screen

Future Developments:

• Accountancy Details
• Feedback Facility

In order to run EASI Link, the following minimum system specification is required:

• Pentium class PC
• 32Mb RAM
• 100Mb of free hard disk space
• 56K V.90 modem (if no corporate email system)
• Microsoft Windows 95 / 98 / NT4 / 2000 / XP operating system
• Microsoft Excel 2000
• Inkjet or laser printer (required if printing reports and graphs from EASI Link)
